San Fernando Valley, July, 1959: A series of reality-altering events are about to take place. Some are known to the Government overseeing a Nuclear testing facility in the Santa Susana mountains. Others in the area won’t find out for another 20 years. Some will die immediately. Some shortly thereafter. Some won’t find out their DNA is altered until later.

For one man, Jeff Thurman, it will be a way to alter the past and to make things right in his time.
